Pay-per-incident

If you subscribed on a pay-per-incident basis you will be charged for each incident separately, and a one-time setup fee of $0.10 will apply for your pay-per-incident account during signup.

If at any time after repeated attempts using commercially reasonable efforts HelpDesk-Now is unable to satisfactory resolve your reasonable request for support, HelpDesk-Now will provide you with a full refund for this particular support incident. You should expect the refund within two (2) business days after submitting a request through the linked electronic form.
